Examines the signaling of transmembrane, by the way the mechanism, operation, interaction and the dinamic of interleukin-2/15 receptors on T cells. Examines operation controlling factors and the assembling of receptors. (interaction of MHC glicoprotein, membranepotential, the role of the mikrodomen mechanism). Interaction and disperion of Kv1.3 channels on cell surfaces. Examines the dinamic and interaction of transcriptated factors (Fos, Jun, RAR, RXR), by microscopical teqhniques. Developing the techniques of fluorescence correlation spectroscopy, microscopical, and flow cytometrical (FRET).
